Training Facility

• Long sides of the indoor arena can be opened to the outside by a series of electrically operated doors. High-bay metal-halide lights are provided throughout the arena. The arena end can be opened by sliding doors providing a 30' opening.

• A 12' wide door opening is located on each side of the indoor arena to provide complete equipment access to the arena.
• Dimensions of the indoor arena are 90'x200'
• Recent additions include an outdoor arena measuring 180'x220'; and warm-up arena measuring 90'x100'.

Office/Client Lounge

• There are 2 offices, a client lounge and observation area overlooking the indoor arena.
• Equipped with a complete kitchen.
• There is both a men's and women's restroom.
• The veranda style porch at the office and lounge entry provides a panoramic view of the Smoky Mountains.

• Tack room which features an 8' wide rotating door on which the work tack is stored for easy access from the grooming areas. A second tack room is used for trunks and contains cubbies for storage of brushes, etc.

• The floor throughout the grooming area, wash bays and aisle ways are concrete with rubber mats.
• A separate work area is provided for the farrier. It has it's own outside entrance to provide farrier's vehicle access without disruption to the grooming and washing areas.
